Renowned chef Russell Blue Smith is introducing Dupont Circle to an approachable and unpretentious culinary haven with Alfreda, a heartfelt tribute to his late grandmother, the matriarch of his family. With this latest project, Chef Russell hopes to create a one-of-a-kind pizza experience dedicated to quality ingredients while fostering connections with local producers, guests, and staff.
