DIY Galentine's Day Brunch Board with Buttercream & Burrata x SMIDC!

About this Event

Get Ready for what only is the best day of the year! This Galentine's Day, get together (at home) with your girls for a virtual workshop to make your own board. Taylor from Buttercream & Burrata, will provide an overview on how to select cheeses and how to slice them, the basic knowledge of crafting a graze board from the kit included with purchase. We will also go over wine pairings for the cheeses included with each kit. Each kit will include a verity of waffles, berries, jam, pastries, cheese & other brunchie foods! Add on a Mimosa Kit with a bottle of champagne & local orange juice for an additional $20!

DATE: This class will be held on Saturday, February 13th, 2021.

PRICE: $100/kit

TIME: 2PM - 4PM

PICK UP/LOCAL DELIVERY: Local pick up will be at The Roost (1401 Pennsylvania Ave, SE, Washington, DC) on February 12th from 12-2PM or Local Delivery for February 12th for $8.
