The spook-tacular Little Goblins Parade begins at Ross Elementary, with a musical parade down 17th Street to trick-or-treat at local businesses and ending in a party at Stead Park with games, music, a bouncy slide, crafts, and snacks! It’ll be a treat you won’t want to miss! This event is brought to you by Friends of Stead Park, Ross PTA, and DC DPR.
