For the seventh year, Dupont Circle holiday shoppers can experience a festive German-style market, the Heurich House Museum’s Christkindlmarkt, on Friday, December 6th through Sunday, December 8th, 2019.

Craft makers based in DC, Maryland, and Virginia will sell their goods during this celebratory holiday event held in the museum’s Castle Garden. Visitors can also tour the historic home of the Heurich family that will be decorated for Christmas. Dupont Circle’s only holiday market features goods from local artisans, including jewelers, ceramicists, bakers, makers of housewares, and more.

The historic home of DC’s most successful brewmaster, Christian Heurich, will be decorated for the holidays. For the first time, the museum is offering a VIP preview on Friday evening, December 6th from 4-8pm , featuring specialty cocktails, a raffle, giveaways including products from artisans showing at the market, and exclusive access to the makers themselves.

On Saturday, December 7th from 12pm-8pm and Sunday, December 8th from 12pm-6pm, the market will feature products made all over the DC, Maryland, and Virginia area. Pop-up performances will take place throughout the weekend.

New to Heurich Christmas this year, is an advance ticketing option , during October tickets will be sold online at an early bird price of $8 and during November tickets will be $10. Tickets will be available at the door for $13. The General Admission fee includes all-day admission to the market and one daily entry to the historic Heurich home.

Food and refreshments (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase at the market. The museum will be open for guests to view until 30 minutes prior to the market closing time each day.
