Amparo’s Thanksgiving Dinner — $275 (serves 4)

• ½ Pavo en Mole negro: 24-hour brined and slow roasted humanely raised Green Circle turkey, chipotle compound butter, adobo rojo, AF frontera dry rub, mole negro
• 5 seasonal sides including:
  • Ensalada Otoño: roasted acorn squash salad, tatsoi, persimmon, morita-maple dressing
  • Camote Tatemado: Charred Moon Valley Farm sweet potato, salsa negro
  • Marigold Rice: jasmine rice cooked with marigolds and all the herbs
  • Frijoles Negros: Rancho Gordo midnight black beans, avocado leaf, epazote
  • 20 nixtamalized native blue corn tortillas

• Flan para 4: Amparo's signature cafe de olla flan, Mexican vanilla, Veracruz coffee and orange zest

Guests can also order carrot cake, caviar with sopecitos, and margaritas to enhance their feast. 

Each meal includes a $25 gift card for a future visit, to thank guests for trusting Amparo with their holiday meal.
