Each week features a unique theme and yoga style to gently calm the mind and ease the nervous system, allowing you to land in a more peaceful place. With each session building upon the last, this is an opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and relax into a softer way of being.

July 9th | Return to Center: A grounding slow flow to soften the effects of busyness and burnout.

July 16th | Doing the Least: Yin yoga to restore energy and ease habitual patterns of “doing the most” with an embodied exploration of doing just enough.

July 23rd | Embrace Your Rest: An effortless restorative yoga session to relax into the comfort of non-doing.

July 30th | Slow + Steady: Ease into alignment with a meditative Kemetic Yoga flow with guest instructor Royce Sarpy.
