Fitness in the Circle 2021

The Dupont Circle Business Improvement District (BID) and Washington Sports Club of Dupont are proud to introduce Fitness in the Circle, a free outdoor exercise series. 

Every Sunday from 12 - 1PM, grab a yoga mat, towel or blanket and head to Dupont Circle for a variety of beginner-friendly workouts that everyone will enjoy, including total body conditioning, bootcamps, Tai Chi, yoga, and more. The series begins Sunday, May 16th, 2021 and will run until Sunday, August 29th, 2021.

Once class is done, stay in the neighborhood to explore the many shops and restaurants Dupont Circle has to offer. 

Walk ups are welcome, but online registration is available (class sizes are limited due to social gathering restrictions) so reserve your spot early. All attendees (registered or not) will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.

Weather Cancellation Policy: Fitness in the Circle could be canceled at the last moment if weather conditions are not conducive to the event. Please check our Facebook page for inclement weather updates.

June 13th: Yoga (Hatha) w/Andres

  • Hatha Yoga is the branch of yoga involving the practice of breath, body, and mind.

June 20th: Zumba w/ Lourdes

  • Combining Latin and International music with dance moves, Zumba alternates fast and slow rhythms to help improve cardiovascular fitness.

June 27th: Total Body Conditioning w/ Andres

  • A Multi-level full body workout that targets all of the major muscle groups. This workout is designed to contain challenging and exciting exercises that improve strength and decrease body fat.

July 4th: H.I.I.T w/ Andres

  • Start the Fourth of July holiday off right! Join us for a combination of brief, very-high intensity burst of cardio exercise followed by equal or longer periods of rest.
