Every Sunday from 12 - 1PM, grab a yoga mat, towel or blanket and head to Dupont Circle for a variety of beginner-friendly workouts that everyone will enjoy, including total body conditioning, bootcamps, Tai Chi, yoga, and more. The series begins Sunday, May 16th, 2021 and will run until Sunday, August 29th, 2021.
Once class is done, stay in the neighborhood to explore the many shops and restaurants Dupont Circle has to offer.
Walk ups are welcome, but online registration is available (class sizes are limited due to social gathering restrictions) so reserve your spot early. All attendees (registered or not) will be required to sign a waiver upon arrival.
