Our Services:
table shower
Lie down on modified tables while the masseuse moves the water bar and direct the water streams on the shower table to specific parts of the body. The water pressure from the shower heads helps to massage sore and tired muscles which benefits relaxation, the immune system, and pain relief.
back walking (ashiatsu)
A barefoot massage technique in which the therapist delivers deep, broad, consistent pressure while utilizing their feet and body weight. Parallel bars are used above the massage table for balance, support and client safety. It helps to Increase blood flow and circulation and decrease tension in the muscles.
acupressure
Acupressure massage is an ancient remedy of Chinese traditional medicine known to relieve pain in specific areas of the body. There are two types of acupressure points: 1) A local point: This is a point of the body near the pain you are experiencing. 2) A trigger point: This is when pain is removed by massaging a point that’s not near the area in pain. Acupressure is often the choice for people who prefer a natural form of pain relief instead of using medication.
deep tissue
Deep tissue massage is a type of massage therapy that focuses on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue, especially helpful for chronic aches and pains and contracted areas such as stiff neck and upper back, low back pain, leg muscle tightness, and sore shoulders.
Swedish
This type of massage focuses on muscle relaxation, targeting superficial muscles (rather than the connective tissues targeted in deep-tissue massage) and increasing blood circulation.
hot stone
Smooth, flat, heated stones are placed on specific parts of your body. The stones are usually made of basalt, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. It’s used to help you relax and ease tense muscles and damaged soft tissues throughout your body.
reflexology
A type of massage that involves applying different amounts of pressure to the feet, hands, and ears. It’s based on a theory that these body parts are connected to certain organs and body systems. Helps to reduce stress and anxiety, alleviate pain and lift mood.
cupping therapy
An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. Helps with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
exfoliating body scrub
A popular body treatment that exfoliates and hydrates your skin, leaving it smooth and soft. A sea salt body scrub is followed by a massage. The body scrub eliminates dead skin cells while the massage relaxes muscles.
