Dupont Circle BID Annual Meeting in Washington Hilton

Washington, DC – We are deeply dismayed by the tragic event that occurred in the Washington Hilton this past Saturday night. The Correspondents’ Dinner is usually a fun event for the media that attracts thousands of reporters for an enjoyable evening.

"We are saddened by the unfortunate event that occurred within the Washington Hilton this past Saturday night," said Patrick Kain, chair of the Dupont Circle BID. "The Dupont Circle community loves this landmark hotel, and we are committed to holding our annual meeting on April 29th in support of Dupont’s largest hotel."

The Washington Hilton is a landmark hotel with 1107 rooms, 47 meeting rooms, and one of the largest ballrooms in Washington, known as the premier place to host large events such as the Correspondents' Dinner, National Prayer Breakfast, and the Miss Adams Morgan Contest. The Dupont Circle BID continues to support the Washington Hilton during this time.

The Dupont Circle BID is committed to holding its annual meeting on Wednesday, April 29th at 6:00 p.m. in the Georgetown Ballroom of the Washington Hilton, located at 1919 Connecticut Avenue, NW. Tickets are $20 in advance at $40 at the door; free to members. A full buffet dinner is included with a ticket. And special guest Deputy Mayor Nina Albert will speak about the state of Dupont Circle.
