The DC Holiday Market will open in Dupont Circle on 19th Street, NW – just north of Dupont Circle park – on Friday, November 22nd extended by popular demand through December 23rd. Diverse Markets Management will once again organize a holiday market in Washington DC – the DC Holiday Market – in a new location: the 1500 block of 19th Street, NW. The DC Holiday Market will host 30+ vendors and seasonal treats for shoppers.
“We are thrilled to be reopening the DC Holiday Market for the holidays in Dupont Circle,” said Michael Berman, President of Diverse Markets Management. “Dupont Circle has a tradition of small businesses, including art galleries and mom & pop shops. The DC Holiday Market is a perfect complement to the stores and restaurants around Dupont Circle.”
The DC Holiday Market will feature artisans, boutique brands, international handcrafts, and unique gift items. The market brings its signature style, local performers, festive décor, and the coveted holiday treats of Migue’s Mini Donuts and the Capital Candy Jar’s hot roasted nuts to an iconic location adjacent to Dupont Circle and renown Kramer’s Books & Afterwords.
“We are beyond excited to partner with Diverse Markets Management,” said Jason Goldman, Marketing and Events Manager for the Dupont Circle BID. “Diverse Markets Management has a strong reputation for attracting world-class vendors, and their new DC Holiday Market will be a perfect addition to Dupont Circle’s holiday activities.”
Finally, Dupont Circle Main Streets will be hosting a pop-up market around greater Dupont Circle sidewalks on the weekend of December 7th and 8th. More than 50 makers will set up along P Street and Connecticut Avenue to usher in holiday cheer!
