Our team at Bella Med Spa has served the Latino and Hispanic community for over two decades and understands the needs of this community better than most. Over time the clinical research and community clinic as developed opportunities to serve and expand to the Latinx population. The parent institutions support the no.1 rated in its time slot medical show on Telemundo. This television series on health highlights shows from Cosmetic brake through treatments, home health, to women’s health and rare disease.
One of our co-founders, Fabian Sandoval, is an advisor to the pharmaceutical industry on many aspects of clinical research and the special implications of serving and including patients within this population.
Dr. Audrey Escobedo is the other co-founder, who is a doctor with a master’s degree in public health from George Washington University. Among her awards, she was recently selected as one of the 40 leaders in Minority Health under 40 in the United States.
In an unprecedented move they have launched Bella Medspa Institute as the first of its kind foray into serving the specific beauty and aesthetic needs of Latinos. Dr. Sandoval stated, “This venture is perhaps one of the most exciting steps in my career. Our patients have very specific beauty related needs regarding skin tones, fat distribution, diet and culture that cry out for better emphasis and treatment based on knowledge of these needs. We have recognized this desire for intervention and therefore launched our Medspa to meet the growing demands”.
