Details
Compliments only is an artisanal sub shop with humble roots. After losing their jobs due to the pandemic, owners, Pete Sitcov and Emily Cipes opened Compliments Only in December 2020. The deli's name comes from a saying that Pete says when he makes a new sandwich and brings it to the team for feedback, "What do you think? Remember, compliments only." Their most popular sandwich is the Crunchy Boi, which includes turkey, provolone, potato chips, garlic mayo, pickles, onion, shredded lettuce, and oil & vinegar.
